CAD Customs Jewelry SMS Program — Terms and Conditions

With your permission, CAD Customs Jewelry sends service-related text messages about your jewelry repairs and custom orders, including quotes, status updates, appointment reminders, and answers to service questions. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
To request text updates in-store, enter your mobile number on our separate optional paper SMS consent form, select the unchecked SMS checkbox, and sign and date the form. We retain your completed form with your repair or order record. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in text updates. SMS consent is voluntary, separate from acceptance of our repair agreement, and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
A text you send us allows us to respond to that inquiry; it does not enroll you in unrelated messages. After enrollment, you receive a confirmation identifying CAD Customs Jewelry, the service, message frequency, rates, support, and opt-out instructions.
